No Child Labor

In accordance with the Indian Labor Law, children and young people under the age of 14 are not allowed to work in our company. This limitation also applies to contracted subcontractors serving at our facilities.

No Forced Labor

No one shall be forced to work against their will. Under no circumstances or scopes can the identity cards or passports of the employees be withheld. No advances or loans are given to wage earners. The right of employees to leave the workplace outside of working hours or at the end of working hours is respected. The right to leave the job by complying with the notice requirements is respected.

Harassment

We are aware that every employee has the right to work in an environment free from harassment and bullying. We do not tolerate any form of physical, psychological, sexual or racial harassment, bullying, threats and physical punishment. We expect our employees to adopt this principle. Each employee is also personally responsible for not harassing, threatening, or bullying other employees.

Non-Discrimination

Ethnicity, gender, religion, race, class, nationality, sexual preference, membership in legally recognized organizations or political leanings of our employees cannot be questioned, and for these reasons, they cannot be treated differently in any way, physical or psychological pressure cannot be applied.

Based on the above-mentioned differences, discrimination cannot be made in practices such as recruitment, remuneration, promotion, discipline, benefiting from training opportunities, retirement or termination of employment.

Freedom of association and collective bargaining

We respect the rights of our employees to become members of labour unions or labour boards that represent the views/rights of employees in our workplace in a lawful and peaceful manner, and we do not interfere with them in these matters.

Health & Safety

We guarantee that the workplace and its surroundings are not dangerous to the physical integrity or health of employees.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we provide a safe and healthy workplace environment, fire safety, adequate lighting and ventilation, reasonable access to drinking water and toilets, and medical treatment.

We program and implement studies to prevent possible accidents, to raise awareness about safe behaviours and to improve general working conditions.

Wages and working hours

The wages of our employees are determined to correspond to at least the minimum wage. When determining wages, we also take into account market conditions and purchasing power to meet basic needs. We explain to our employees their monthly earnings and legal deductions with a detailed payroll. We ensure that overtime wages are calculated and paid correctly.

The normal working time per week is 45 hours. Our employees are requested to work overtime within the legal limits only when unforeseen working conditions occur. During overtime periods, the Labor Code is complied with. The work-life balance of our employees is respected.

Discipline

The methods to be applied in the evaluation of an employee's performance and in case of non-compliance with disciplinary rules are explained with simple, easy-to-understand procedures. Disciplinary methods are applied as detailed in our Human Resources Procedure and announced to employees. It is ensured that our new employees understand these procedures with the trainings and feedback received.



PROTECTION OF
THE ENVIRONMENT

All activities for the protection of the environment (reduction of energy and water consumption, waste management- reduction and recovery of waste, wastewater treatment- reduction of pollution, air emission control, etc.) are carried out with a sustainable approach.


We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the environment.

ETHICS TRADING

We carry out our activities in accordance with the principles of honesty and respecting the rights and interests of our business partners. We aim to build our relations with our business partners on the principles of mutual respect and honesty and to provide mutual benefit.



We act in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in all our commercial activities.

Fight Against Corruption

Employees' taking, embezzlement and benefiting from the company or any other person or company's property or other assets through fraud or extortion is strictly prohibited and is considered a reason for dismissal.

Combating Bribery and Excessive Gifts

Giving and receiving gifts should remain within the rules of mutual courtesy. Gifts and hospitality should not affect the objectivity of the acceptor and should not be perceived as bribery.


Promotional gifts and hospitality that have symbolic material value and are given for special occasions can be accepted and presented within this scope. Offers such as gifts, cash, travel and accommodation, etc., the value of which exceeds the symbolic amount, cannot be accepted or offered in any way and will not be offered.

Taking and offering bribes and illegal commissions is prohibited and is considered grounds for immediate dismissal.

Effective management of our processes is ensured with our quality control activities applied in raw material input, production and final control stages.
